Yoga Philosophy

A class all about the origins and roots of the practice. The 8 limbed path, yogic texts, the spiritual path behind the physical practice. 
This class will utilize nature walks and is best suited someone who is curious about the philosophy of yoga rather than getting a workout. 

Beginner yoga

A gentle introduction to fundamental yoga postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation for newcomers.

Vinyasa flow

Dynamic sequences linking breath with movement, suitable for those with some yoga experience looking for an active practice.

Hatha yoga

Traditional practice focusing on foundational poses, alignment, and longer holds to build strength and flexibility.

Restorative yoga

Slow-paced class primarily using props to support the body, promoting deep relaxation and stress relief. Calms the nervous system and reduces the flight or fight response. 

Yin yoga

Holding poses for extended periods to target deep connective tissues, improving flexibility and energy flow. Utilizes props.
