What makes The Balanced Path unique? My classes are thoughtfully tailored to help students connect deeply with themselves. Drawing from my dance background, I infuse expressive freedom, humour, and fun into every session, encouraging you to let loose and truly discover who you are. The philosophy of yoga teaches us that life is about giving a little to get a little – you apply a bit of energy to achieve the outcomes you desire- you put energy into yourself. 

Curious of Holistic Horse Therapy?

With a lifelong of horse experience, I am deeply grateful for the connection and awareness that can be brought by simply being near a horse.

At your pace, we will use practices like breathwork, grooming, observing, and nature walks to open up a whole new world of ourselves through the eyes of our equine co-facilitators! These sessions will be deeply individual and have a no pressure approach. Let feelings arise! Talk about them or don't. The horses and I will be there for you!
